About Us

We're parents, we're kids, and we have strong opinions and big questions about screens: TV, computer, game systems, cell phones.

Kids don’t know the end

By Andy | November 14, 2007

 lost on the computer

As a kid, I know a few things about kids and computers. One thing is that we don’t know when to stop. I spend about an hour online doing nothing but surfing the web. It seems like I never can find anything to do. Kids just don’t when to stop. There are two choices that we face:

  1. We can do our homework and spend hours doing it.
  2. Or we could surf the web and try to find an addicting game to play. It seem like I can never do that. For most games you get bored after you beat the game.

After that we find the same choice. Look around online. My mom tells me to read if I’m bored but I am not that type of person. I don’t get how people can reads for hours and still want more. How do they do it?

I guess that I will still roam the lonely streets of boredom.
