About
ParentOverShoulder.com is a place where parents can get information and share thoughts about the sticky issues that come up when kids use technology. This blog is my effort to come to terms with my belief that electronics will only become more important in our children’s lives, and parents don’t have many places to get balanced–yet personal– perspectives on how to deal with that.
I’m the mother of 13-year-old and seven-year-old boys in Walnut Creek, California. (Also in the mix are my wonderful husband and naughty dog.) I work part-time as a magazine editor and am a stay-at-home mom when my kids aren’t in school.
